The filled bottles are conveyed through In feed star plate to the sealing head.The caps loaded in the motor driven mechanical bowl orienter passes through the chute. Before sealing, the caps are placed on the bottle through a chute.The bottles are held at the centre of sealing head.The sealer and threading rollers of sealing head will start rotating for threading and sealing over the cap. After the process of sealing, the bottles will come out on the conveyor for the further process of labeling from the stare plate.The whole process of sealing convey of bottles, feeding of bottles, threading and sealing of bottles, discharges of bottles is synchronized with PLC.The machine consists of bottle transmission belt, star plate, sealing head, motor driven special designed mechanical bowl orienter, chute, bottles height adjustment screw, isolated transformer, safety acrylic door, PLC, sensors and HMI Touch screen. The complete operation is PLC based.SALIENT FEATURESThe unit is made compact and versatile as per GMP norms. The body is made of Stainless Steel 304.Rigid vibration free construction for trouble free performance.The mechanical driven system of the whole machine is through flange mounted motor and gear box. There is no usage of V belt, pulley. This ensures less breakages and thereby easy maintenance and high trouble free production output. The complete synchronized mechanism is designed on spur gears instead of chains and chain wheel. This feature avoids wasting of time on account of machine setting frequently.Totally synchronized PLC controlled system.User friendly to adjust the different speed bottles per min with the help of PLC and Touch screen HMI.The Real output speed bottles per min appear on HMI Touch screen.Few change parts are required for different bottles.No bottles and no caps are detected by the sensors and give the alarm alert and machine stop itself.To have easy understanding of the daily production ratio, production counter is given with the password protection. This will give the clear picture figure about the batch production.There is a special designed mechanical AC motor driven bowl and chute with no cap sensors for continuous flow of the cap.
