The bottles are loaded manually on the rotating indexing platform.The bottles are placed in an inverted position in the specially designed bottle neck holders.The process of cleaning sequence is as underOuter wash (continuous)First Internal wash (In stop condition)Second Internal recycle wash (In stop condition)Third internal wash (In stop condition)Fourth internal recycle wash (In stop condition)The machine consists of solenoid valve and Geneva mechanism. The outer wash is a continuous process and all other washes is done in stop condition of rotary platform. The flow of the water is controlled by individual flow regulators mounted on the body. The first and third internal wash goes in drain and the second and forth internal wash is recycled for any intermediate used for wash.
