Detailed Product Description
Once the machine is switched on, it automatically checks the air supply and level of filling material in storage tank.If air supply and material level is found OK, priming system is operated, wherein the material is sucked from the feed tank to the nozzle end. This can be controlled for all the pumps as well as individual pumps. The function of the priming system is to remove inside air from the tubes to maintain continuous flow of material from storage tank till nozzle end. For the setting of filling volume machine has a facility to set it by time and flow rate. Once you set the desired filling volume then switch on the conveyor for products transferring. The machine is started and products are conveyed under of filling head.The products are kept under hold for filling by means of stoppers, which are actuated by sensors.The filling takes place through diving nozzles.The filled products are then conveyed further for sealing.The batch production can be monitored through PLC. The machine consists of material transfer pump, bottle transmission belt, Safety acrylic cover, PLC Touch screen, pneumatic priming and stoppering facility, filling pump, transformer, AC drive and storage tank. The special HIGH / LOW liquid level indication in the tank is an added advantage. SALIENT FEATURESThe unit is made compact and versatile as per GMP norms. The structure is made of SS 304. Rigid vibration free construction for trouble free performance.The contact parts such as filling nozzle, filling pump are made of Stainless Steel 316.The pharma graded silicon tubes are used for the filling purpose.Easy to clean the base of the machine. The machine is supplied with easy to clean inbuilt storage tank.The storage tank is connected with the high capacity of material transfer pump.The storage tank is automatically controlled by the mean of float (Level) sensors. The process of priming, diving and blocking of the bottles done by pneumatic (air) operated cylinder. The Air pressure indicator attached with the machine to indicate the fault of low pressure of air supply. There is special feature called PRIME which is useful to suck the filling material from storage tank to nozzle end very quickly. More over this facility is useful to clean filling line (Silicon tubes) as well as filling pump.The machine has a facility of using PRIME function for all the pumps together or individual pumps also.The initial suction process of the filling material is being recycled in the storage tank through the collection tray and collection tank. This will minimize the wastage of priming material.Easy to operate PLC for any kind of filling volume adjustment. Each Filling head can be operated and monitored through PLC individually.Visible glass NRV is connected in the suction line.The each filling head can work independently and hence machine works continuously without sacrificing major production.No change parts required for different size of bottles as well as different filling volume.There is a very less product change over time due to the very less usage of mechanical parts such as syringe set, mechanical seals, gear, chain, chain wheel etc.If there is no bottle during the filling process, the machine automatically stops and it gives the indication on HMI and inbuilt alarm system.To ensure the accurate filling process the level of filling material is required to be maintained. The machine takes care of the same with the help of PLC controlled ON / OFF material transfer pump In between of middle level and high level. Accordingly if the filling level goes down Low level then the machine will automatically stop and at the same time it will give the fault of Low level at HMI screen with inbuilt alarm facility. To have easy understanding of the daily production ratio, production counter is given with the password protection. This will give the clear picture about the batch production.After the completion of the filling process, if the storage tank is required to be cleaned, there is no need to remove the storage tank. This cleaning process can be done very quickly with the help of inbuilt ball valve itself.Any kind of fault during the operation of the machine such as low pressure of air, low level of liquid, no bottle etc can appear on the HMI Touch screen with alarm facility, which can be easily attended.PLC modes are user friendly and hence even less skilled operator can also handle the machine.The machine is supplied with isolated power supply to avoid adverse effect of electric supply.User friendly and very less maintenance required because of less usage of mechanical components.Most reliable and proven mechanical components such as Festo make pneumatics and CE certified electrical electronics such as Bonfiglolie make AC motor, Delta make Drives, PLC and HMI Touch screen, Sensors, MCB, relay etc.The construction of machines electrical panel is inline with the IP 55 standard.
