The filled bunged vials are conveyed through infeed screw and infeed star plate to the sealing heads.The caps loaded in the vibrating bowl orienter and passes through the chute. Before sealing, the caps are placed on the vials through a chute.The vials are held at the centre of sealing head.The sealer rollers of sealing head and vials will start rotating for sealing over the cap.After the process of sealing, the vials will come out on the conveyor for the further process of labeling from the outfeed stare plate.The whole process of sealing convey of vials, feeding of vials, sealing of vials, discharges of vials is synchronized with PLC.The machine consists of vial transmission belt, infeed screw, star plates, sealing heads, vibrator bowl orienter, chute, vials height adjustment screw, centralized lubrication system, isolated transformer, safety acrylic door, PLC, sensors and HMI Touch screen. The complete operation is PLC based.SALIENT FEATURESThe unit is made compact and versatile as per GMP norms. The body is made of Stainless Steel 304.Rigid vibration free construction for trouble free performance.The mechanical driven system of the whole machine is through foot mounted motor and gear box. The complete synchronized mechanism is designed on gears and chain. Totally synchronized PLC controlled system.User friendly to adjust the different speed vials per minute with the help of PLC and Touch screen HMI.The Real output speed appear on HMI Touch screen.Few change parts are required for different vials.Vials without bungs and no caps are detected by the sensors and give the alarm alert and machine stop itself.To have easy understanding of the daily production ratio, production counter is given with the password protection. This will give the clear picture about the batch production.There is a special designed vibrator bowl and chute with no cap sensors for continuous flow of the cap. The faults such as vials without bungs, no caps appear on the HMI Touch screen and can be attended easily.Very less mechanical adjustment required due to the special design.PLC modes are user friendly and can be operated easily.User friendly and very less maintenance required.The structure construction of machine is useful to mount laminar flow.
