OPEARATION:

Once operator switch on the machine first process is to suck material from storage tank to nozzle end by using of PRIME facility in clockwise direction. This facility is also useful to clean the filling line before process of filling and after process of filling with clockwise direction and counter clockwise. 

The operator places the syringe tray below the nozzle holding device manually. This nozzle holding device needs to adjust manually for different sizes.

The filling starts automatically with the help of cyclic method and delay time of filling the medicine in the syringes. The syringe tray needs to move manually below the filling nozzle device for every syringe filling.

The machine can also be operated by means of foot switch, which starts the filling without any delay time. The syringes are filled on the basis of parameters such as fill time, speed, delay time & suck back RPM & time.

Once the syringe is filled as per the desired volume, the machine stops automatically. After completion of filling process, operator can remove the syringe tray manually.

The operator will keep the plunger nest on the syringe tray.

Then operator will open the door of Stoppering unit (Vacuum chamber) and keep this syringe tray with plunger nest inside the stoppering unit for sealing the syringes and close the door for starting the operation.

Operator starts the vacuum inside the vacuum chamber and then the further process starts accordingly. The application of Post Nitrogen flushing can possible before stoppering the plunger nest in this chamber. The sequence of post nitrogen flushing as below:

Vacuumization  

Air flush

Vacuumization

Nitrogen flush

Vacuumization at ambient pressure

Vacuum hold

The plunger die will actuate with the help of pneumatic cylinder and the application of stoppering heads will take place.

The process of nitrogen flushing follows after the above application. After completion of nitrogen flushing, door gets open itself.

At the last stage the operator removes the finished pre filled syringes tray with plunger duly placed from the stoppering unit.
